XXX Domain Names Defeated

This is bad ... real bad. The ICANN said it didn't want to get into content regulation which is an easily solved problem. Government is ok trying to regulate who can use the internet, and when, but they won't take steps to regulate content? It is important to note that this is an international thing ... not a US government thing.
