Rosie O'Donnell's Price Is Right Audition ... "Don't Forget To Spay And Neuter Your Republicans

The utter joke that is Rosie marches on.

She says she wasn't hired to replace Bob Barker because of her line about spaying and neutering Republicans.

TMZ:

Rosie made the revelation during a crowd-pleasing twenty-minute standup routine on the L.A. stop of the Human Rights Coalition's True Colors tour on Saturday. The outspoken Democrat joked that one of the reasons the "Price" gig didn't happen was because she ad-libbed the line, "Don't forget to spay and neuter your Republicans." Arf!

Arf is right!

Rosie also says she dressed her daughter up as a soldier because they support the Army. I submit the Rosie Cartoon: Part Deux ...

Way to show your support Rosie.

The Rosie Cartoon: Part Deux

As everyone knows ... my favorite subject is Rosie. I will talk about her antics for hours. Naturally, I go on vacation and the next big Rosie story explodes ... leaving me sadly out of the loop. Well, I just couldn't resist taking my own personal jab at Rosie on my first day back.

Most of you know my nickname for her (The Abominable Pumpkin Head), and many of you are fans of my first Rosie cartoon. The cartoons were a fun way for me to take cheap jabs at Rosie, and it gave me a chance to use my Photoshop while proving a point. I noticed that it would be extremely easy to make a strip comic of Rosie's words, and it would be more entertaining than simply giving you a list of what she said. Please bare in mind that the Rosie cartoons are slightly humorous, but are simply meant to drive home a point.

Without further adew ... I present The Rosie Cartoon: Part Deux

I hope you enjoyed it.

Rosie O'Donnell Is Out At The View

This was actually expected to happen so don't look so surprised. It's not because of her increasingly ludicrous statements, however. It is because she has been getting offers to have her own show again, and an ego like hers can't pass that opportunity up. Clearly ABC tried to prevent her from leaving The View, and going solo. Rosie, however, had other ideas.

ABC:

ABC has been unable to come to a contractual agreement with Rosie O'Donnell. As a result, her hosting duties on "The View" will come to an end mid-June.

"They wanted me three years, I wanted one year, and it just didn't work," said O'Donnell on today's show.

It also appears that Rosie will not go away completely, but be a regular special guest.

Those fans don't have to worry -- she will still be on the show in smaller doses.

"I'm not going away. I'm just not going to be here every day," added O'Donnell.

All in all a minor victory that will be short lived.

Tom Delay: We Fired Imus ... Now Let's Fire Rosie

Tom Delay is doing what Tom Delay does best ... point out hypocrisy.

AOL News via Drudge:

Former congressman Tom DeLay is making a plea for his fellow conservatives to get Rosie O'Donnell fired for recent remarks she made.

This has been circling for a little while now to have Rosie fired. The things Rosie has said have been much more offensive, and racist, than anything Imus has said lately.

"I'm calling for conservatives to take on Rosie O'Donnell," DeLay said during an interview with CNN. "She criticized and ridiculed Chinese-Americans, she accused the president of being responsible for 9/11. Let's now start calling for her resignation."

Delay has also written a column about getting Rosie fired. Read it here.

Rosie responded to Delay in her usual juvenile way of writing. She cited Wikipedia, and called Delay a criminal though he hasn't been convicted of anything.

I've always liked Delay's no nonsense attitude. He calls it like it is. Rosie can call people homophobic, make fun of asian people, call Republicans nazis, claim Bush is lying about 9/11, say the British set up the capture of their sailors to start a war, and she can defend terrorists because she thinks they were tortured into confessing ... yet Imus can't say nappy-headed hos? I didn't even touch on all the things Rosie has said, nor did I even get into Behar with her theory that Republicans poisoned a Democrat senator to win back control of the Senate. While having people fired is not the answer, in my opinion, pointing out the hypocrisy of what has been allowed, and what is not allowed is a worthy cause.

Rosie O'Donnell Cartoon

This is my first comic ever. I hope you all like it. Please let me know what you think, and provide a critique.

I think it points out Rosie's hypocrisy with the treatment of terrorist detainees, and the treatment of the 15 British hostages pretty well.

My Letter To Elisabeth Hasselbeck

I couldn't take it anymore. Hasselbeck has got to step up her show prep to combat Rosie. Rosie gives no facts ... just opinions easily destroyed if you can withstand her loud mouth. The Tonkin Gulf comment and the Iran hostage comments sent me over the edge. I went to the View's website in a desperate attempt to assist Elisabeth in her ongoing battles with the abominable pumpkin-head. No doubt she receives several of these a day, but I'm hoping that my corporate email address from the station will allow me to stand out. Here is what I had to say:

Hey Elisabeth,

I'm a talk show host in Las Vegas, NV, former infantryman who conducted counter-terrorist operations against bin Laden before 9/11. Rosie has been outright lying lately on the Tonkin Gulf incidents (plural), 9/11, Iran, the Patriot Act, and the war.

I want to give you some basic info on some things she's been attacking you with lately. In reference to the WTC. Research Leslie E. Robertson and LERA ... they built the WTC and support the official story. Conspiracy theorists never have a response to what they've said. Simply ask Rosie next time she brings it up what she thinks of what Robertson and LERA have had to say. She won't know who you're talking about.

In regards to WTC 7 ... read the following from the Deputy Fire Chief who was there.

Deputy Chief Peter Hayden on the collapse of WTC 7:

Hayden: Yeah. There was enough there and we were marking off. There were a lot of damaged apparatus there that were covered. We tried to get searches in those areas. By now, this is going on into the afternoon, and we were concerned about additional collapse, not only of the Marriott, because there was a good portion of the Marriott still standing, but also we were pretty sure that 7 World Trade Center would collapse. Early on, we saw a bulge in the southwest corner between floors 10 and 13, and we had put a transit on that and we were pretty sure she was going to collapse. You actually could see there was a visible bulge, it ran up about three floors. It came down about 5 o’clock in the afternoon, but by about 2 o’clock in the afternoon we realized this thing was going to collapse.

So we gathered up rollups and most of us had masks at that time. We headed toward 7. And just around we were about a hundred yards away and Butch Brandies came running up. He said forget it, nobody’s going into 7, there’s creaking, there are noises coming out of there, so we just stopped. And probably about 10 minutes after that, Visconti, he was on West Street, and I guess he had another report of further damage either in some basements and things like that, so Visconti said nobody goes into 7, so that was the final thing and that was abandoned. Firehouse: When you looked at the south side, how close were you to the base of that side? Boyle: I was standing right next to the building, probably right next to it. Firehouse: When you had fire on the 20 floors, was it in one window or many? Boyle: There was a huge gaping hole and it was scattered throughout there. It was a huge hole. I would say it was probably about a third of it, right in the middle of it. And so after Visconti came down and said nobody goes in 7, we said all right, we’ll head back to the command post. We lost touch with him. I never saw him again that day. More eyewitness accounts at http://www.firehouse.com/terrorist/911/magazine/gz/

Firehouse magazine is the industry magazine for firefighters, and they support the official story as well.

FYI, the Loose Change guys have admitted that their movie has falsehoods in order to get people to "check it out."

In reference to Iran and the British hostages. It is illegal for Iran to have taken them in the first place ... even if they were in Iranian waters. Typically they would be escorted out of Iranian waters ... this is an internationally accepted practice. Problem is that the British were 1.7 miles in Iraqi waters, and have release the GPS data to prove it. Read that here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/6501555.stm
Is coercing prisoners to write letters, and give TV interviews torture in Rosie's opinion? It is akin to her claims of torture at Gitmo. How about promising to release one hostage, and then rescinding that promise?

The Tonkin Gulf incidents happened over a 3 day period and involved 2 separate altercations. The incident with the USS Turner Joy was an overzealous sonar man, and was not enemy contact. That is the one Rosie was referring to the other day. However, 2 days before that the USS Maddox was attacked by 3 N. Vietnamese gunboats, and evaded a torpedo fired at them. This attack is confirmed with video footage, and damage to the Maddox from the mounted guns on the gunboats.

You should bring up the Appeal for Redress and the Appeal for Courage to let military personnel have their opinion heard. The Appeal for Redress has received lots of media coverage and is anti-war. The Appeal for Courage is pro-war, has received no media coverage but has far more signatures.

Hope this helps with your battles with Rosie, and please let me know if you need any help with topic research.

Iran Forces British Sailor To Call For Iraq Withdrawal

Where is the anti-war fruit crowd who always harps on torture with this one?

Surely, if forcing prisoners to listen to bad music, and not letting them get any sleep is torture ... then forcing them to write letter after letter to their family and countrymen contradicting their beliefs should be considered torture as well. Forcing detainees at Gitmo to eat is torture, but a government forcing a prisoner (seized illegally) to write what their captors dictate isn't?

If Bush were to force an al Qaeda detainee to write a letter to bin Laden saying that extremist Islam is wrong, evil, must be stopped, terrorism must cease to exist, and terrorists should never again threaten western civilization ... Rosie and the other torture fruits would call for impeachment because of human rights violations due to torture.

Iran Torturing British Sailors?

I went camping right after my show on Saturday, and didn't update the blog with this, but I mentioned it on my show. Saturday the Iranians said the Brits "admitted" to entering Iranian waters. There is no evidence of this as of yet, and Britain still says they didn't enter Iranian waters, but that Iranian ships entered Iraqi waters. We all know what "admitted" usually means in cases of prisoners in the Middle East ... torture.

I hypothesized on my show that the Brits were likely tortured by Iran (who is notorious for it), or that Iran is lying (again ... notorious for it). There is still the possibility of the captured Brits to admit they entered into Iranian waters by mistake to secure their release, and prevent an international incident. We don't really know yet, but Iran isn't allowing much information, and they've admitted to "interrogating" their captives.

There is also a report that Iran ordered the kidnapping of the Brits to retaliate for the defection and/or detention of many high ranking Iranian officers by the US and Britain. Though not confirmed ... this story is supported by the possibility of Iran wanting a prisoner exchange for several of their "spies", and officials in British custody. There seems to be about 50 Iranians prisoners captured by the British in Iraq.

Iran is also threatening to try the British prisoners with espionage ... which carries a serious penalty.

I doubt they'll be tried, and I am confident they will be released. Most of this is just a show Iran is producing. The real questions will be answered when they are released. It will tell us how Iran treated them while held captive, and if Iran entered Iraqi waters to take prisoners in retaliation for being caught operating inside Iraq. One of these two sides is going to have to admit to making a mistake. If that happens to be Iran ... they are in big trouble.

UPDATE:

I was hoping Rosie would take the same stance on the captured British as she has on terrorists we've captured ... that they were tortured. Nope. The abominable pumpkin head strikes again!

She is saying that the British set this whole thing up, and urges people to Google the Gulf of Tonkin incident. Clearly she has not done this herself, or she wouldn't have made such an ignorant suggestion. There wasn't a Gulf of Tonkin incident ... there was two. The second of which did not occur, and that's the one Rosie has heard about. The first one is a confirmed attack by communist forces on the USS Maddox, an American Destroyer, in the form of three N. Vietnamese gunboats who fired a torpedo at the USS Maddox. The USS Maddox evaded then chased them away.

Again ... the second incident with the USS Turner Joy did not happen, but was not a government conspiracy. Captain John J. Herrick even admitted that it was nothing more than an "overeager sonarman" who "was hearing his ship's own propeller beat." Why was the sonarman overeager? Because the USS Maddox was attacked two days earlier.

Rosie Is Being Treated For Depression

No kidding? Hell ... wouldn't you be depressed if you looked/sounded/smelled like her?
