This is a shame, and a little fishy. Heath is one of my favorite actors (except that whole Brokeback thing). They are calling it a suicide or overdose. Heath's last work will be as the Joker in the new Batman.

BATMAN WINS!
On a serious note I feel sorry for his daughter Matilda; she was his heart. Although he has had problems since his divorce I wouldn't think it would reach suicide. Perhaps a mistaken overdose or an attempt as a cry of help. It did happen at another's apartment and he had a massage appointment coming. It is sad.
