Cornell University Claims Whites Are Genetically Weaker Than Blacks

Since Blogger is sucking right now, and not allowing anyone to upload new layouts while simultaneously refusing to provide technical support on the matter, I haven't been blogging much the past couple of days.

I thoroughly expected the blogosphere to pick up on this story, but I guess they've been too focussed on Obama's fabrications, and Chelsea Clinton. Shockingly enough, the story isn't even a most read on Fox News' website. Why? I don't know, but I am remedying the situation now.

Cornell University has released a controversial study that will accomplish literally nothing more than sowing more discontent among the races, and serve as yet another recruiting tool for white supremacist groups. So let's all pat Cornell on the back, and bask in the racially charged anti-glory that is their latest contribution to useless science.

Fox News:

White Americans are both genetically weaker and less diverse than their black compatriots, a Cornell University-led study finds.

Analyzing the genetic makeup of 20 Americans of European ancestry and 15 African-Americans, researchers found that the former showed much less variation among 10,000 tested genes than did the latter, which was expected.

They also found that Europeans had many more possibly harmful mutations than did African, which was a surprise.

I know I'm supposed to conduct myself as an adult, but ... WTF!

This is the worst case study I've ever seen. First, the test group is only 35 people. Second, there is not an even number of subjects for each race. Essentially we've just learned that, at best, Cornell has no idea how to conduct an accurate, ethical study. All they've done is embarrassed themselves by releasing these results, and attaching their name to the findings. Which brings up the question: Why did they conduct such a study in the first place?

Apparently the goal of these ongoing studies is to find out where the ancestors of global populations came from, and when they migrated to that area. There have also been other larger studies involving other races. I am again left wondering why Cornell's latest endeavor has such a small sample group when the other studies involved hundreds of subjects.

I doubt Cornell's goal was to inflame anyone, but the content of the study is being used to claim racism. If you need proof ... do a search of this topic and read the comments on the few blogs and forums that have addressed it. Some of the findings are pretty inflammatory towards whites, and other findings are not anything new ... thereby rendering this study utterly useless. I'm pretty sure Nicholas Wade covered a lot of the migratory issues in his book "Before the Dawn".

Here's the part where the study outlines the genetic inferiority of European cultures (i.e. whites):

But the Cornell study, published in the journal Nature Thursday, indicates that Europeans went through a second "population bottleneck," probably about 30,000 years ago, when the ancestral population was again reduced to relatively few in number.

The doubly diluted genetic diversity has allowed "bad" mutations to build up in the European population, something that the more genetically varied African population has had more success in weeding out.

So what exactly are these "bad" mutations? What would be a genetic imperfection in a perfectly healthy person with no ailments? Also, how do we know what perfect genetics are in order to map imperfections? What if those imperfections are actually evolution? If man indeed migrated to Europe from Africa they would have had to mutate in order to adapt. In other words ... they evolved in order to better survive. Since when is evolving a genetic imperfection?

Cornell also neglected to take into account any interracial mating that may have happened in the history of the subject's genetic code. I would assume that if two different races mated 200 years ago, it would affect the current subject's genetic makeup. Perhaps in the form of one of these "imperfections."

With all the discrepancies aside ... we have a study by a university that is saying black people are genetically superior , and more diverse, than white people ... and it got published. That's where you are seeing a very logical complaint from white people about this study. Do you honestly think that this study would have seen the light of day if Cornell's findings showed that white people were genetically superior to blacks? Would Cornell have attached their name to the study if this were the case? It's highly doubtful, and most likely would have led to someone getting fired.

Perhaps you are thinking that I'm just race baiting here, but I have proof that any published study that shows whites are genetically superior to blacks is quickly criticized with charges of racism. Do you remember the story of James Watson, a Nobel Prize winning scientist for his part in the unravelling of DNA, and who once ran one of America's leading scientific research institutions, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. He was criticized roundly for saying that Africans were not as smart as westerners.

Dr Watson told The Sunday Times that he was "inherently gloomy about the prospect of Africa" because "all our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours – whereas all the testing says not really". He said there was a natural desire that all human beings should be equal but "people who have to deal with black employees find this not true".

For those of you who remember the story you will recall the constant mini-quotes about what Dr. Watson said, and calls of racism he endured. Dr. Watson had several speaking engagements canceled, he was criticized by his own institutions, suspended from his job, and ultimately was forced to resign his post as a result of the media firestorm about his findings on genetic studies. Keep in mind that this guy is probably the world's foremost expert on DNA.

Unfortunately the MSM didn't publish Dr. Watson's other statements that are pretty pertinent to the issue. He was quoted as saying that he had "hope" that "everyone is equal." Watson also stated that "there are many people of color who are very talented", but that never made it onto the news. The most important statement that Dr. Watson made in his writings is integral to what we are talking about with Cornell University.

"There is no firm reason to anticipate that the intellectual capacities of peoples geographically separated in their evolution should prove to have evolved identically. Our wanting to reserve equal powers of reason as some universal heritage of humanity will not be enough to make it so."

In other words ... people who evolved in different geographical areas from one another did not evolve in an equal intellectual capacity.

Sound familiar?

Cornell University's study says the exact same thing as Dr. Watson's work suggested. There are only two differences between the two findings. One is that one of the studies illustrated the difference in physical genetics throughout man's evolution. While the other illustrates the intellectual evolution of man. The second difference is that the study showing blacks as superior has not been met with negative publicity in the mainstream. The one that showed whites as superior did.

Both studies outlined the theory that once man left Africa, and began its great migration to other parts of the world, humans became isolated from one another geographically. Thus, as a result of that isolation, humans evolved quite differently from one another ... both physically and mentally. Cornell gives the edge physically to blacks, but Dr. Watson gives the edge mentally to whites. Now that's fair and balanced scientific research. Why the same study with similar findings cost one man his job and reputation, but the other has been met with no negativity just illustrates what an ignorant, hypocritical, PC society we live in.

Yet another video to be used for recruitment by white supremacists.

There was apparently a dispute because of the small walk way in this store. We all know how that went down, but I'll leave it to your imagination. As this white guy was paying for his merchandise he was surrounded by a group of young black people. They were continuing to yell things at him while he was at the counter until he was finally sucker punched by a punk coward.

The unbelievable images show a shopper just trying to pay up at a corner deli, when out of nowhere he is laid out with a haymaker that conjures memories of a young Mike Tyson.

I don't know if it is more disturbing that the attack took place without any cries of this possibly being a hate crime, or the fact that the news seems so enamored with the way this guy was attacked. Why don't they use terms with a negative connotation like savage, cowardly, or vicious. Instead they use glorifying terms like comparing the attacker to a professional boxer, walloped, the pain, and fierce. Those are all terms we use for endearment ... not to describe a mugging. Which is exactly what this was ... a mugging.

The victim takes the brunt of the blow to the head and neck and goes sprawling to the floor. The assailant leaves, but some in his posse go over to the prone victim and take his money.

Absolutely disgusting that the media isn't portraying this for what it really is. A punk coward was too damn chicken to face this guy honorably, and decided to sneak around him to attack from behind. There wasn't any skill displayed here, and as a fighter I can say that with absolute moral authority. It was an amateur punch that was thrown sloppily. The only reason it was effective was that the victim didn't know it was coming, and it is easy to knock someone out when you attack them from behind and hit them on the side of the jawline. This attack hardly deserves to be compared with the skill of a former heavyweight champion.

Then there is this little tidbit which puts the worst of white racism on display as well. The difference is that they will call this racist, but they won't even investigate if the attack above was based on race.

Now here is today's article on the matter, and the deputy playing the victim.

As outrage spread nationwide over a Hillsborough County jail inmate being tossed from his wheelchair onto the floor, the detention deputy at the center of the controversy has been getting nonstop phone calls, many racist in nature.

"It's not even just in Florida," said Beverly Crecy, the roommate of suspended Deputy Charlette Marshall-Jones.

"These calls are from out of state," she said, with tears in her eyes. "People calling her 'n---' and 'fat' and all kinds of stuff. Seven o'clock in the morning and all through the night."

Uh, she brought it upon herself. So don't give me this boo-hoo crap.

I have no idea if her assault was racially motivated, but I would like to point out that there were 4 black people standing around while one of them threw this white guy on the floor. Shortly after it happened a white coworker came into the camera's view. This is not evidence of a hate crime, but white supremacists will use this as evidence of such. Hence the n-word calls.  Plus, she is fat.

NAACP Says Republicans Hate Black People

This story brings up the same warm and fuzzy feelings I got when Kanye West famously spewed butt vomit from his mouth about Katrina.

Here in Vegas we have a free "paper" called the CityLife. It's a typical free city paper ... full of liberals who don't think things through all the time, and advertisements for illegal sexual activity that the police never follow up on. I would like to point out that they have defended me in the past ... so they aren't all bad.

In their current addition there is a story titled "Why are you such a hater? NAACP ranks Nevada lawmakers' voting records. Guess who fails to make the grade?" The article deals with Republican lawmakers in Nevada, and how the NAACP rates their voting records. From the title you can easily see how this is going to play out.

This is how the article starts off:

It then goes on to lie about President Bush, and compare current Republicans with the Jim Crow Democrats. It's a very fun read if you like uneducated race baiting.

I decided that since the CityLife was quoting the NAACP's report, I should probably take a look at it myself. Even though I already knew what it said ... call it white man's intuition. You can find the report here.

It uses a standard grading system employed by most of our schools ... A-F. In the interest of time I will only address the Senate in this post. If you want to do further research on the members of congress you can start here.

Once I opened my list of members in the 110th Senate I began the slightly tedious task of seeing who failed according to the NAACP, and what their party affiliation was. To my utter lack of surprise the NAACP rated all but one Democrat (Johnson) with a passing grade, and all but two Republicans (Snowe, Specter) with failing grades. It should be noted that Snowe and Specter are what you would call faux Republicans. In other words they are mistakes that don't stand up for Republican issues. I would also like to point out the Senator Byrd was given a B by the NAACP, and he is a former klansman who still uses racial epithets.

Given that virtually all Democrats received passing grades, and virtually all Republicans received failing grades ... we must deduce that the NAACP is saying that virtually all Democrats like black people, and virtually all Republicans hate black people. It was also astounding how there were virtually no C average grades.

The NAACP's love 'em or hate 'em report falls well short of reason, and truthfulness. this is also a clear example of intentionally creating a biased "report" in order to fuel racism and hate. The issues the NAACP says they graded the politicians on were nearly all monetary in nature ... not racial. Some have said the hate crimes legislation is racial, but that is only partly true. Quite frankly, if you support hate crimes legislation you are more apt to be racist than those who oppose it. Why are the lives of certain races more valuable than the lives of others? If fact, the hate crimes legislation is in direct conflict with the principals the NAACP was founded upon. It only serves to divide the races ... not bring them together on a level playing field. On top of that, why would you want a third party deciding what is, and is not, a hate crime. Aren't all violent crimes hate crimes?

The truly sad part of the NAACP's arguments is that they seem to say that black people can't succeed without government help. Hardly empowering, or a vote of confidence on behalf of the black community in the United States. Just take a few minutes to read their report on the issues they wanted all members of congress to support, and then research those issues via a third party website like Gov Track or Vote Smart so you don't get biased interpretation of the legislation.

You'll notice that the legislation the NAACP supports suggests that you black folks out there can't succeed unless the government has some special program the help you out. In other words the NAACP thinks you are not self-sufficient, educated, or hard working. They don't seem the think you can't be successful unless you play sports. Republican lawmakers and myself give you far more credit. We also understand that the average black person doesn't walk around believing that all Republicans hate them, and all Democrats love them. Since we understand that, and you understand that ... maybe it's time to make the NAACP understand the same truth.

Remember Kids, Hillary Loves Black People

So I was stumbling the other day, and I came across a "race card." Yes, I literally ran across a race card. I told myself that I could use this repeatedly on my blog for the race baiting that is constantly going on in the world, or at least every time Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson open their mouths. It took two days before I had the opportunity to use it, and that's without me looking for anything. So without further ado ...



Why am I pulling the race card out? Good question. The race card is now in play because of a thoroughly disgusting and contrived piece in the NYT. What else is new right.

Growing up in the palest of Chicago suburbs, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton had some of her earliest exposures to African-Americans through field trips. She sat in the back of her father’s Cadillac as he detoured through the inner city, cautioning her about the fate of people who, in his conservative Republican view, lacked the self-discipline to succeed.

Nice! Not only do we get some race card playage, but we get an attack on heartless Republicans as well. It must be my birthday!

She took a sociology course at Wellesley College that included a trip through Boston’s poor areas. On Tuesdays, she went to a housing project in Cambridge to mentor “underprivileged Negroes,” as she wrote to Don Jones, her minister back home, who had taken her to hear the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. speak in Chicago four years earlier.

Wait, wait, wait. Did the NYT say that Hillary called black people "Negroes?" This hasn't been a campaign issue yet? None of my black friends would respond well to me calling them Negroes ... would yours? Mitt Romney has been attacked for being a racist simply because he's Morman. I don't recall anyone attacking Romney for actually making a racist statement. So Romney gets attacked, but Hillary gets a pass on this one incident? I'm surprised Obama supporters haven't gobbled this up yet.

Before I forget ... Hillary supporters can not use the argument that it was politically correct to say Negro back then. Why? Because you wouldn't accept anyone using the other n-word when they were young and living in a time when that was the societal norm. Remember, George Allen was accused of using the n-word (amongst other things) in the early 70's. Allen was attacked non stop in the press and by Democrats for these unfounded allegations that were denied by several black people who went to school with him. No double standards you kids!

The Times continues to glorify Hillary's contribution to black folks everywhere in the piece, but I won't bore you with it. If you really are into self torture you can go to the link and read it yourself.

After finishing the piece I got a very different view than that of which the NYT was trying to paint. Hillary would only go into black neighborhoods because she was forced to on field trips, or her dad. Then when she did go their on her own she called them all "underprivileged Negroes." You can paint a picture with poo and garbage you know. It may not be a masterpiece, but it is still considered "art." That's what the NYT has done here ... given you a piece of art that clearly isn't news, but is only usable as a decorative piece.

The Government Wants Seniors To Come Out Of Retirement, & Work Off Their Tax Debt.

This is one of the most twisted stories circulating right now. The disgust will be compounded by the attitude of the article's author towards seniors losing their well deserved retirement.

AP:

The town is pushing a program that would let seniors work part-time, for $7 an hour, to help pay off some of their property taxes.

"People shouldn't have to sell their house, move away to a place with less taxes, leave behind their family and friends," said Town Supervisor Paul Feiner.

He envisions retired doctors mentoring schoolchildren, retired accountants helping with the town's finances, retired lawyers offering their services for a discount. But there are plenty of less-skilled jobs that need doing, he said.

Some of the "less-skilled" jobs just happen to be manual labor in some of the other states with programs like this.

You'll notice the tone of the article is one of compassion for seniors who are overburdened by their taxes. That tone is prevalent throughout the whole article, and is an attempt to seem compassionate for the poor seniors. Did anyone else catch the fact that they are only looking to pay the seniors $7 an hour. Isn't that less than minimum wage?

Naturally, several seniors were featured who thought the idea was a good way to pay down their debt. Hell, even the National Council on Aging said it was a good idea. How heartless, and moronic are all of these blithering idiots?

The entire article was how the seniors can't afford to pay the property taxes on the pittance they receive from social security, and therefore must be FORCED out of retirement to pay off the government. NOT ONE TIME was it even considered that the taxes was too damned high to begin with. Nor was it mentioned that it was the very same government charging excessive taxes to the seniors that also decimated those seniors' social security funds which put them in this bind to begin with.

Here's a suggestion to go: reduce the taxes on the seniors, and put a cap on the taxes so that the seniors can afford them with the funds they currently receive from social security. This is tantamount to slave labor. How dare they back seniors into a corner that leaves them with no choice but to come out of retirement and work for less than minimum wage. Seniors have worked their whole lives to be able to retire in peace. Not to forced into indentured servitude.

Yet Another Example Of A Hate Crime Being Called "Not A Hate Crime"

I know it is getting pretty old hearing about these events, but it is necessary for you to understand that there a very clear double standard in regards to hate crimes. Apparently, whites and Jews can not be the victims of hate crimes.

Haaretz:

The Zionist Organization of America condemned the U.S. government's Office for Civil Rights on Wednesday for failing to protect Jewish students it says have been subject to a series of anti-Semitic provocations on the campus of the University of California, Irvine.

The ZOA alleged that Muslim students on campus have given anti-Semitic speeches, distributed Judeophobic literature, and used intimidation tactics against Jewish students. The university's failure to take disciplinary action constitutes discrimination against Jewish students, the ZOA charges.

The Office of Civil Rights, which operates under the auspices of the Department of Education, said in a report released last week that some Muslim student activities were offensive to Jewish students.

But the report concludes the speeches, marches and other activities were based on opposition to Israeli policies, not the national origin of Jewish students.

So what types of "other activities" were disregarded you ask.

"A Holocaust memorial was destroyed; that swastikas repeatedly defaced property on the campus; that a rock was thrown at a Jewish student; and that other Jewish students were harassed and verbally threatened with such statements as 'slaughter the Jews,' 'dirty Jew,' 'go back to Russia,' 'burn in hell,' and 'f_ _king Jew,'"

Yeah, dirty Jew is only opposition to Israeli policies ... RIIIGHT!

Racist, Genocidal Maniac President Bush Asks For More Funds To Help African AIDS Victims

Maybe the BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrome) crowd thinks Bush wants to poison them with a fake form of treatment. That way he, Rove, and Cheney can prolong the suffering of these people while they kick back and stuff their faces with popcorn.

A regal-looking Zambian woman known as "Auntie Bridget" noted that she is both a beneficiary and an implementer of the president's ambitious anti-AIDS initiative. Known as the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), the program is devoting about $15 billion over five years to buy antiretroviral drugs, create prevention programs and fund assistance for people suffering from the disease all over the world.

Wait ... does this mean that Kanye was wrong? President Bush DOESN'T want to kill all black people? Naaaaaah?

NAACP Says Halloween Display Is Racist, Family Forced To Remove It

Warning: The following post will contain some strong language not usually present in my writing, but I am super pissed about this. I have removed letters of certain words, but felt it was appropriate to warn those of you who are regular readers. I'm usually not this personal or confrontational, but given the past couple of weeks with similar stories an aggressive response was warranted.

So much for the NAACP actually becoming a respectable organization again. I had hope for a while there because they had been settling down a bit. The NAACP "seemed" to be getting away from the Jackson/Sharpton ideology. Oh well, it looks like they are back in full force.

The NAACP, along with a couple of oversensitive neighbors, blew a simple Halloween decoration waaaay out of proportion.

The Star Ledger:

Chesla Flood couldn't believe her eyes. A hangman's noose circled the neck of a black-hooded, jeans-clad dummy suspended from the chimney of a house in Madison.

Flood called her mother, Millie Hazlewood, who reported the Halloween display to police. She wasn't the only one. Police went to the property at least three times starting Sunday, and even the mayor asked the homeowners to take down the figure.

The police took time out of their day to harass a family for Halloween decorations, multiple times? The mayor even requested the family take down the decoration? What in the hell is this world coming to that you can't put a commonly used Halloween display up? I can't count how many times I've seen a hangman's noose as part of Halloween decorations, haunted houses, and even my own decorations. These people are acting like this is the first time this has been done. When, in fact, it's somewhat of a traditional display.

So is this the first time this family has used the noose?

D.J. Maines, the 27-year-old son of Cheryl and David Maines, has bedecked the house for seven Halloweens using $5,000 worth of decorations he has collected. He has used the hanging dummy each year.

Nope. He's used the display for 7 YEARS with no incident! Why no incident? Because it's a common display used by thousands of homes across the US!

Finally, the pressure got the family, and they removed the display because they feared for their safety.

At 8 last night, the family relented, saying they feared for their safety.

"It's no more like freedom of speech anymore," Cheryl Maines said. "My son had to take this down because these people have blown this thing out of proportion."

Hell, it doesn't even really have to do with freedom of speech because it is a Halloween decoration!

Here is what the mayor (a white guy) had to say:

Before the figure was removed yesterday, Madison Mayor Ellwood "Woody" Kerkeslager said "the appearance and the suggestion (of racism) is there, and it's inappropriate."

What? How? They didn't show a black person being hung. They showed a person in a black hood being hung. When we used to hang people in this country guess what we did? We put a black hood over their heads!

Now listen to how everyone is trying to tie this story in with other noose stories in the news lately in an effort to paint this family as racist.

At least four recent noose displays -- one each in Jena, La., and Philadelphia and two in New York City -- are drawing renewed attention to a potent symbol of racism, lynchings and the era of Jim Crow segregation.

Unlike those incidents, the Madison figure was part of a Halloween display, and for two days, homeowners Cheryl and David Maines, the borough's superintendent of public works, refused to budge. They said they had done nothing wrong.

ARE YOU F___ING SERIOUS!?

Credit goes to the author for pointing out the obvious ... this was a decoration, at a home, for Halloween. To draw correlations to Jena, La. is insane at best.

Here's where the NAACP jump in, and make complete fools of themselves.

Meanwhile, the state chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People denounced the display as offensive, racist and insensitive.

"I think there are many people who understand the significance of a noose as it relates to the history of African-Americans," said James Harris, president of the NAACP's state chapter. "We thought we lived beyond the era when people felt it was okay to have that type of display."

"As it relates to the history of African-Americans?" F__K YOU!

There is another population that has a history with the noose James ... COWBOYS! And most cowboys were what? White!

Why don't we just make the argument that the display was inappropriate because it might offend criminals. After all, we used to hang criminals exactly as the display is shown ... black hood and all.

"We thought we lived beyond the era when people felt it was okay to have that type of display?" What era are you talking about James? The era when we used to hang people as capital punishment? We HAVE lived beyond that era James. That's why your argument makes no damned sense! We DON'T hang people anymore ... white, black or any other race for that matter. Hence, it was only a Halloween decoration!

The only people who haven't lived past that era is you, James. You and your supporters want old feelings from another time to surface. That way you can foment hate, prove the NAACP is still needed and maybe make a quick buck while you're at it.

To top it all off ... not only are you still living in the past, but you are projecting a falsehood upon this family. You keep talking about racism when there was no part of this display that could be construed as racist by any sane, logical person. So are you fomenting hate James, or are you just lacking sanity and logic?

The family has sworn off holiday decorations for good because of this fiasco. I assume that was the goal all along as there is a concerted effort to remove holiday displays in this country.

Last night, the Maines family said they would be replacing their Halloween display and erecting a sign reading: "Thanks to the assistance of Millie Hazlewood and her friends, Halloween and Christmas decorations will no longer be celebrated here."

This is very sad.

Authorities also said that the display was not illegal, and couldn't be ordered down. If that is the case ... then why did the police harass this family on three separate occasions? I hope the family sues the department for harassment, and I hope they sue the people who complained and the NAACP for violating their civil rights. The mayor should also be a target for lawsuit for his interference.

Read the rest of the article and you'll see a bunch of people who lived through the horrific time where lynching was common, and were offended by the display. The south is featured prominently in the article, but this is taking place in New Jersey so don't be fooled.

The Maines family also responded to those who have a history with lynching.

"Don't bring your ancestors into this -- it's something that happened; you've got to get beyond it or you're going to make yourself sick," she said.

She is right. To bring up history having nothing to do with her or her decorations in an effort to demonize her family is completely uncalled for.

Had the display featured a black person being lynched, I would have supported it being taken down. However, there was no racial undertones at all in the display. This was just another excuse by racists themselves to attack white people.

This has all the makings of the next Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton crusade. It has a white police officer, a black teenage girl, a punch, and some pepper spray. So what's the catch? It's justified.

Watch the video and you'll see clearly that the girl was resisting arrest for several minutes, and the officer was conducting himself professionally. At one point the officer gets a good hold of the girl's right arm to bring it behind her back. The girl then bends down and bites the officer's arm. In self defense the officer hits the girl one time on the head, pulls out his pepper spray, and sprays the girl in the eyes. Finally, he is able to get her under control, and takes her into custody.

The police chief is supporting the officer.

"It is shocking to see that a police officer has had to use that level of force against a child. But ... my opinion is he responded appropriately and in accordance with our policies."

It's just a matter of time before the race-baiting begins.

White Guy Claims Racism ... Is Awarded $150,000 By Jury

Could it be? Could it actually be that white people are starting to gain equal rights when it comes to claims of racism?

Between the whole Nagin official thing, and now this, I am left to ponder.

Mark Pasternak, who is white, said he was dismissed from his state job helping troubled youths because he could not tolerate being called names like "cracker," "polack" and "stupid white boy."

A seven-member all-white jury found that Tommy Baines, who is black, discriminated against Pasternak and created a hostile work environment.

"I'm elated and overwhelmed," Pasternak told The Buffalo News Wednesday. "I feel like I've been to hell and back ... After all these years, the best feeling is, the jury heard his story and mine, and they believed me."

You can almost hear the shock in his comments that people actually believed him.

Turns out that this was investigated in 1998, and the boss was fined but not fired.

According to court records, the state investigated the racial allegations in 1998. Baines was fined $2,000 for his conduct, but he was allowed to continue working as a supervisor.

He was eventually fired, but it sure did take a much longer period of time than it would have taken his white counterpart.

Hispanic Group Targets Talk Radio

Yep, here we go again with the whole "if you don't like illegals then you are a racist" argument. Only this time hispanics are targeting talk radio as the purveyors of hate.

Washington Times:

The nation's largest Hispanic advocacy group says it must come up with a strategy to combat "a wave of hate" its leaders say came from talk radio's efforts to sink the Senate's immigration bill.

"That had an extraordinary impact in the Senate, and as a nation, I don't think we should be comfortable with the fact that the United States Senate responded to what was largely a wave of hate," Cecilia Munoz, the National Council of La Raza's senior vice president for research, advocacy and legislation.

For those of you new to the debate ... La Raza is a hate group themselves. They hate white people, black people, and asian people. Some chapters have even taken issue with non-Mexican hispanics.

Anytime you have a hate group playing the victim card it's hilarious.

"I think we have to shine a light on it," Ms. Munoz said. "At the end of the day, we believe people need to take sides, that you can't stand on the sidelines, especially if part of what is motivating the actions of the United States Congress is not really about the public-policy debate, but is about their discomfort with Latinos."

Ms. Munoz is retarded.

She speaks about everyone needing to take sides, but if you take a side that contradicts her own ... you are a racist. Instead of allowing Americans to take sides on the issue, and debate policy ... Ms. Munoz will simply proclaim anyone who disagrees with her as hating latinos.

This latest outburst was in regards to the Senate immigration bill that the vast majority of the nation opposed. The Senate was right to uphold the will of the people, and talk radio had little to do with it. Americans weren't upset about latinos ... they were upset at the policy of the bill.

Americans didn't like giving amnesty to those who've broken the law, they didn't like that most illegals were not going to pay the fine, they didn't like the increase in well-trained professionals from other countries coming to do the jobs that Americans most definitely want to do, and they didn't like the fact that this has been done before with absolutely no success.

Americans did like some of the provisions in the bill that dealt with security, but the bill also reduced the size of the fence that is supposed to be under construction right now. That same fence would have been reduced by 400 miles under the Senate's bill. Citizens were upset about all of these things and more, and all of that had to do with the policy debate that Ms. Munoz says Americans are neglecting because of their discomfort with latinos.

Nice try Ms. Munoz, but this debate is all about policy. It has nothing to do with race, and if you'd been monitoring the outrage that Americans have over requiring Chinese on election ballots, you'd know that.

Obama also called those opposed to the immigration bill racist, and vowed to make amnesty happen.

Texas Crowd Murders Man After Child Is Hit By Car ... Racism?

The man who was murdered is NOT the driver of the vehicle that hit the child. He was trying to keep the crowd from getting to the driver when they turned on him.

Given the event the crowd was attending ... I'm wondering if we have a racist motive here.

Sierra Times:

An angry crowd beat a man to death after a vehicle he was riding in struck and injured a young girl, police said Wednesday.

Police believe 2,000 to 3,000 people were in the area for a Juneteenth celebration when the attack occurred Tuesday night.

The driver had stopped to check on the little girl at the entrance to an apartment complex when a group of men attacked him, authorities said. The passenger, David Rivas Morales, 40, got out to try to help the driver, but the crowd turned on him, said police Commander Harold Piatt.

Morales was beaten to death by as many as 20 men and left lying in a parking lot, Piatt said. A preliminary autopsy listed blunt force trauma as the cause of death.

The little girl, 3 or 4 years old, was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver, who got away from the crowd, is cooperating with investigators, police said.

I don't know how the crowd was dispersed at this event, or if that had something to do with the driver not being able to see the girl until it was too late.

Since she was 3 or 4 ... where was her parents?

This wasn't a hit and run, and the driver stopped to check on the girl when he was attacked.

The event is Juneteenth ... a day commemorating the end of slavery in the US. Specifically, Juneteenth marks the day Gen. Gordon Granger arrived in Galveston in 1865 to share news of the Emancipation Proclamation, which freed slaves two years earlier on Jan. 1, 1863.

The victim, David Rivas Morales, has a hispanic name, and is likely not black. I don't know who the driver is, or what race they are. However, I'm betting they aren't black either.

This leads me to believe that we may have a racially motivated attack here by the black crowd celebrating the end of slavery. This would not be the first time a black crowd has turned on members of other races. (That is a fact, and observation ... not a racist statement. Nor is it implying that only black crowds turn on other races.)

It should be noted that we don't know if the girl was black at this point either.

If this ends up playing out the way I hypothesis ... will the attackers be charged with hate crimes?

Well, no surprise here ... authorities are saying that there is no indication of a hate crime here ... RIIIGHT. Just like there is no indication of a hate crime here either.

Obama Plays The Race "Riot" Card

This was quite possibly the least classy move by the presidential hopeful to date. The media ignored his wife's racist comments a few months back, but now he himself has made some racially charged allegations.

Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama said Tuesday that the Bush administration has done nothing to defuse a "quiet riot" among blacks that threatens to erupt just as riots in Los Angeles did 15 years ago.

The first-term Illinois senator said that with black people from New Orleans and the Gulf Coast still displaced 20 months after Hurricane Katrina, frustration and resentments are building explosively as they did before the 1992 riots.

Obama has now joined the "Bush hates black people" express. Nearly two years after Katrina ... victims are still refusing to go back to work, and rebuild their lives. Somehow that's Bush's fault.

I wonder why Obama didn't address how the areas of predominantly white Katrina victims have recovered so much better than areas of predominantly black victims. Then again, if we look at the most recent FEMA trailer story dealing with chronic illness we see that white people are still displaced as well. Take a look at this story from last month about a family whose child has gotten sick because they chose to live full time in a temporary trailer ... notice they are white.

The Katrina victims that are still displaced are of varying races Mr. Obama. While the decent, responsible Katrina victims have rebuilt ... the welfare whores have not. Race has nothing to do with it.

"This administration was colorblind in its incompetence," Obama said at a conference of black clergy, "but the poverty and the hopelessness was there long before the hurricane.

"All the hurricane did was to pull the curtain back for all the world to see," he said.

Now Obama is saying that it's Bush's fault that there were so many black poor people in New Orleans before Katrina? What about the black mayor, or the long time Democrat controlled government there.

Obama was right about one thing though. The Bush administration was colorblind, and that's why they promoted blacks and other minorities to positions of prominence. They didn't see Rice, or Powell, as blacks. They saw them as people, and isn't that what we are all striving for? How is being colorblind a bad thing Obama, and why are you proclaiming this administration as racist when they've promoted more minorities than any other administration in history?

Throughout the entire speech Obama compared Katrina to the LA riots. As if there is any sort of comparison between a natural disaster, and a jury acquitting cops for beating a black man.

He argued that once a hurricane hits or a jury renders a not guilty verdict, "the frustration is there for all to see."

O'Reilly said it best last night ... you can barely understand anything Obama says.

BONUS:

Hotair has video of "comedian" Kathy Griffin saying Condi is a tool for the white man.

I saw Griffin get zero laughs, and some boos, a few months back when she was performing in front of some of our troops. She began ripping Bush, the war, and she only succeeded in pissing off the troops in the audience. It was one of those "I know I've been ripping you guys lately, but I do love the troops" ploys, and it backfired big time.

Griffin also has her own show now on some cable network. I was watching a promo for it the other day in which she makes fun of herself because no one knows who she is. In one spot she approaches some soldiers and asks if they'd like tickets to her show. They shook their heads no, and snickered in disgust. She was using this as proof that no one knows her, but the troops do know her ... they just don't like her.

Black Man Says He's Happy White Man's Mother Is Dead ... Jackson, Sharpton Silent

If this were the other way around I bet there would be more outrage about this, but I could be wrong.

McGee and Sykes have had a rivalry for some time now, but it crossed into a whole other dimension recently. Sykes' mother just died in a house fire (our condolences). Her death made McGee very happy, and he wasn't bashful about showing it either.

McGee and Sykes have been publicly battling for years, but even in the world of talk radio, some are saying the comments made are extreme.

"Mother Sykes, she dead. To me it's the vengeance of God. I ain't got no tears. Matter of fact a woman that would have a fool like that deserve whatever is coming her. She raised a sure enough idiot," McGee said on his radio show. "My instincts say Charlie Sykes killed his momma, cuz she live out in this big palace in Mequon all isolated. He got tired of waiting for her money."

He talked about it for a few minutes then moved on, but a caller asked him about his comments later in the show.

"Mike McGee Senior," the caller began, "You really don't mean that, about your enemies families members being dead -- killed."

"Man, you don't think I mean that, man, you out of your mind," McGee replied.

As you can see from the transcript above that Mr. McGee is real educated, and clearly was out of line. Just as Stern was out of line with Man Cow all those years ago.

Given the recent "nappy-headed ho" comments by Imus, that were directed at two white girls as well as black girls, were considered racist ... I wonder if this could be construed as racist?

Race Baiting At Its Finest

A "study" claims to show racial bias against black NBA players by white referees. I'm waiting for Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton to go ballistic over this one, and demand that all white referees be fired by the NBA. Don't laugh ... you know it can happen.

An academic study of NBA officiating found that white referees called fouls at a greater rate against black players than against white players, The New York Times reported in Wednesday's editions.

The study by a University of Pennsylvania assistant professor and Cornell graduate student also found that black officials called fouls more frequently against white players than black, but noted that that tendency was not as pronounced.

Let's see which group of racists gets the most attention.

The Truth About Blacks Attending College

This is one hell of a story, and is sure to upset the black population of this country. Given that today is May Day, and the illegals are marching for their rights is pertinent. Blacks in the US are no longer the largest minority group, and they are being increasingly pushed to the side in a run to get the hispanic vote. Now it looks like their college opportunities are being affected by immigration as well.

Something in the crowd made Shirley Wilcher wonder. As a college graduate in the early 1970s, her black classmates were like herself — born in the United States, to American parents. But at an alumni reunion at Mount Holyoke College last year, she saw something different and asked for admissions data to prove it.

“My suspicions were confirmed,” said Wilcher, now the executive director of the American Association for Affirmative Action. She found a rise in the number of black students from Africa and the Caribbean, and a downturn in admissions of native blacks like her.

Immigrants are now taking college opportunities away from black Americans. The real question is whether it is racism (of sorts), or the black community's fault.

The Attacks On The Duke Lacrosse Players Continue

The latest comes from an ABC reporter who isn't happy that the players are getting sympathy for being wrongfully accused of a horrible crime that didn't even happen.

ABC:

Perhaps the outpouring of sympathy for Reade Seligman, Collin Finnerty and David Evans is just a bit misplaced. They got special treatment in the justice system--both negative and positive. The conduct of the lacrosse team of which they were members was not admirable on the night of the incident, to say the least. And there are so many other victims of prosecutorial misconduct in this country who never get the high-priced legal representation and the high-profile, high-minded vindication that it strikes me as just a bit unseemly to heap praise and sympathy on these particular men.

This is truly disgusting. So because there are other people out there who are victims of prosecutorial misconduct, with less money than these players, we shouldn't feel sorry for them? Who cares if their conduct on the night in question was admirable? They are a bunch of college guys who behaved like college guys. This high and mighty reporter expects all of us to believe that he's never seen a stripper.

It gets worse.

So as we rightly cover the vindication of these young men and focus on the genuine ordeal they have endured, let us also remember a few other things:

They were part of a team that collected $800 to purchase the time of two strippers.

Their team specifically requested at least one white stripper.

During the incident, racial epithets were hurled at the strippers.

Colin Finnerty was charged with assault in Washington, DC, in 2005.

The young men were able to retain a battery of top-flight attorneys, investigators and media strategists.

Wow. College guys getting strippers is reason enough to not be upset they were charged with a crime that never occurred? I guess a bunch of white guys wanting one white stripper is racist now ... that's ridiculous. Everyone who requests a specific type of stripper is prejudiced I guess. I wonder if this reporter looks at who stars in the porno he watches, or if he picks movies with predominantly white women (or men). Racial epithets were hurled by the stripper too ... dumbass! Finnerty's previous assault charge has nothing to do with this case whatsoever. He was never accused of raping a woman before.

Then this crap head brings the Rutgers women's basketball team into it.

They are very differently situated in life from, say, the young women of the Rutgers University women's basketball team.

THAT IS RACIST! How in the hell does he know that the women on the Rutgers team are poor? After all, there are two white girls on the team, and Rutgers tuition cost between $30,000-$38,000. Hardly chump change.

And, MOST IMPORTANT, there are many, many cases of prosecutorial misconduct across our country every year. The media covers few, if any, of these cases. Most of the victims in these cases are poor or minority Americans--or both. I would hate to say the color of their skin is one reason journalists do not focus on these victims of injustices perpetrated by police and prosecutors, but I am afraid if we ask ourselves the question honestly, we would likely find that it is.

Hey Terry, who made this a media circus? Nifong did. Who prejudged these INNOCENT Duke players? The Black Panthers, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and the Duke faculty. It also sounds like YOU prejudged these players as well. Anytime there is a major scandal at one of our universities it makes front page news, and this case was no different.

I hope someone sees Mr. Moran's nice car, and calls him privileged. I hope someone catches him with some porno with a mostly white cast, and calls him a racist. Mostly, I hope Finnerty's next assault charge comes from beating the hell out of this guy for slandering Finnerty's good name.
